Who is responsible for your data

My Performance Map is being set up as a service of Asaal, a Saudi company in Jeddah. Until Asaal is registered, your data is the responsibility of Perficio Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, contact: info@perficio.co.uk. When responsibility passes to Asaal, we will update this notice.

What we collect

When you take an assessment: your name, your email address, your answers and your results.

Your approximate location (city, region and country) and your IP address. These are worked out from your internet connection, not from your device’s location.

When you use the contact form: your name, email address and message.

Why we collect it

To show you your results, to review results so we can improve the assessments, and to send you information about My Performance Map. You can ask us to stop sending information at any time.

Who handles your data

Your name, email, answers and location are stored in a Google spreadsheet. Google may store this data outside Saudi Arabia.

To find your approximate location, your IP address is sent to ipapi.co and, if that fails, to ipwho.is. These services are outside Saudi Arabia.

The website is hosted by IONOS, and its fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else for their own use.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for 24 months after your last assessment, then delete it.

Remote Workspace and Performance survey

If you take our Remote Workspace and Performance survey, we collect your answers. We do not collect your name, IP address or location. If you ask for a copy of your summary, we also collect your email address. We use it to send you the summary and, only if you tick the box, to send you occasional news from My Performance Map. We keep survey answers and email addresses for 24 months, then delete them.

Your rights

Under Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law, you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. To do this, email info@perficio.co.uk. We will reply within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).

Changes to this notice

If we change how we use your data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
